- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand that if you are having an event it is for a special reason and deserves to be the best, but shouldn’t break the bank.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally prefer to meet face to face or by phone at minimum so we can get to know each other and I can learn their style and taste. More importantly so we can discuss details of the project. After our initial meeting I will provide a written quote with details about expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We gained our advanced techniques and skills through extensive training and hands-on experience. We have attended specialized workshops, masterclasses, and seminars conducted by renowned professionals in the industry. These sessions provide valuable insights into advanced designs, intricate twists, and innovative approaches to balloon artistry. We have also trained under the guidance of experienced mentors to help refine our style, enhance our proficiency, and instill a keen eye for detail.
