- the tech is trying to get the job done quick. It would be much better if they take their time to explain and let me know the procedures - paid an additional $150 on site for the sanitation. The tech spray something quickly inside the hvac in the artic and that’s it. I am not sure if that is even work. If I know the procedures are like this, I won’t even add this service. - I am still unsure if the job is done correctly or not. My vents are still dirty

The Techs were great!! Very courteous made sure air ducts were clean and cleaned up floor when they where done. Will use again!!

I had thought they did a good job but when I went over all the vents again, they really didn’t:( didn’t clean the cold air returns from the outside. The guy that came to do a “energy audit” didn’t have any tools for measure or meters with? What he did say I needed was work done in my attic, which they can take care of.... but my drafty doors, few drafty windows and a paper thin door he had no concern over... I thought it was odd until I saw they don’t sell doors etc, just all the goodies for your attic. Very nice guys, but I really wanted an energy audit.
