Had taken my pc that kept constantly crashing to Best Buy for a diagnostic and they kept it over the weekend without finding any issues. In less than an hour here they were able to help me resolve the issue. Great work!

This was truly a waste of time. It started with Anne reaching out to me talking to me on the phone and getting a list of what we needed help with that. Our business sent me an email, but there were no prices or time frames so I asked for an update and for two weeks, I waited for him to reply, then I got contacted by Sean who told me that Ian was no longer with the company and that he would be happy to help me. he was apologetic and we scheduled a time for him to come to my business to talk about all the issues we needed help with and I told him how I wanted to have a long-term relationship with their company for IT help. When he arrived, he did not provide a business card or any written information and he wanted to take my laptops with him, I had communicated with him. I thought this appointment was $178 for them to come to my business and do the work. They are on site. He also chose to tell me a 20 minute story about how his wife was taken advantage of at a Firestone tire store, and I patiently listened and the point of his story was to tell me how I could trust him, and that he does not take advantage of females. he left with three of my laptops. I told them that I needed them assessed to find out if they were worth upgrading and still using in my business and if they were to let me know and delete any personal information and put that on a USB drive and to get them back to a factory settings so that I could use them for employees. I never got a call asking me questions about the laptops on whether the information on the laptops was personal or business. I just received an invoice a few days later . I paid the invoice online and then never heard anything from Sean. So I had to follow up and find out when they were bringing my laptops back and if they were setting them up so they could be connected to the network and set up with my printers. This is something that we had talked about in-depth at the first meeting . Then I get a voicemail from Sean telling me I had to pick them up in Plano. I had to call him back and remind him our discussion on how I wanted their staff to come to the business and set them up because they needed to connect the laptops to the drivers of the printers. His question to me was oh are the drivers not already on the laptops? I responded to Sean. You’re the one that just cleared out the laptops. You would know whether the printer drivers are on there or not, but I doubt it because you didn’t check to see what printers we had here at my business. Then there was silence so I told him please text me the address and I would be there today to pick up the laptops. I never received the text so I went ahead and looked it up myself and started driving there and four minutes before I arrived. I got the text of the address and I responded. I’ll be there in four minutes. I pull into the parking lot and I see a car pulling out which looks like him, but I’m not sure and I walked to the door and they are intern, Tara welcomes me and tells me he has just left. He literally saw me in the parking lot pull in. He did not stop and he just drove out of there and left me with my laptops with no notes on any of the things we discussed. I called their manager and I have not heard back from him. I don’t know what kind of business they’re running, but I am sorely disappointed in wasting over three weeks trying to get help and being patient with this company to find out, they are not staffed nor equipped to help small businesses. I do not recommend them and I’m very disappointed because I was really hoping to have a long-term business relationship with this company and I trusted them. The things I needed help with were not complicated and I was assured that they could handle the requested made for a computer help. Tara was very friendly and she helped me get the laptops back into my car and I was very impressed with her customer service. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about Sean.
