- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No hidden fees and upfront pricing before we begin any work. We do not repair any appliance that we recommend replacing. We will give you our honest and experienced opinion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact us and let us know what the problem is and when you would like to be seen. We recommend a few times and pick one that works for YOU! Our technician arrives, diagnoses your appliance and informs you the total repair cost. This is the final price you pay, no additional fees. If you decline the repair then you only pay our service call fee of $79. If you approve the repair then we immediately get to work. We always try to bring any necessary parts we may need to get your appliances fixed asap. If we do have to make a 2nd visit then there is no additional cost. 90% of repairs we are able to complete the same day!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years experience repairing and installing all types of appliances. I keep my focus on home appliances, which allows me to work quickly and efficiently.
