Introduction

Staging- We specialize in staging occupied homes. In staging your home we can help by rearranging your furniture that will help open up your home, allowing more square footage to be seen. We will reposition decorative items to help accentuate the home’s best selling features to attract potential buyers, so that you, the seller, can make the most money possible on their home. It is my passion to help serve in order to make this time of transition go as smoothly as possible. You can hire with confidence, knowing we are a Member of RESA. (Real Estate Staging Association) On average, All of our homes have sold for at asking price or over, in less than a week!

Julie is outstanding home decorator and stager. She can take items you already have and rearrange them to make it look like it's from a home decor magazine. She's very good at mixing pre-owned items with new items as well. She definitely knows how to make a home feel warm and inviting. She also has a great eye for color! I have terracotta color brick which was very hard to find a color that looked good with it. Julie suggested a color and it looks spectacular! I've received many compliments on the color. It took my house from boring to a really rich look. She offers a variety of services for different budgets and no hidden surprises. She listens to your needs and desires. I would highly recommend her and will definitely use her services again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Staging prices depend on if the home is vacant or occupied, as well as how many rooms need to be staged.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will meet the client in their home to do a 90-minute walk-and-talk consultation. I follow up with a DYI customized action-plan for the client to carry out. If you wish for me to carry out the suggested plan, and hourly rate would be charged for the time needed.
