- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For cash bid estimate we will give you an option of Good, Better, and Best. This gives the customer options to fit their budgets. If it's an insurance claim then we will honor the claim amount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a new customer inquiry we will reach out via phone or email to introduce ourselves. Then we can either schedule a time to come evaluate the property that's in need of repairs. After this, we will follow up with either an estimate for repairs and if the insurance needs to be called we will walk the customer through the process and be there to help along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team takes yearly training, usually in the winter to keep up to date with new building code changes, and new and improved roofing techniques and materials.
