I truly enjoy having Robert as a coach and couldn't ask for more. He's invested in me and my journey and goes the extra mile for my success on things he really doesn't have to. I was skeptical of the online training concept at first, but I'm so grateful I was open to something new. It's proven to be successful for me in ways I hadn't realized. Robert is encouraging, creative, open minded, and flexible. The app is easy to use. I am learning, feel motivated and appreciate the daily accountability. I see light at the end of the tunnel for the first time in awhile. It was the perfect thing to get me back on track.

Robert (I call him Rob lol) is the best at what he does. I like the fact that he believes in you even when you don't believe in yourself. He is very punctual and always checking in and sending words of encouragement just to keep you pushing for your best results. He understands your challenges no matter what fitness level you start at. I can't thank this guy enough. From day one he pushed me and held me responsible. In 8 weeks i lost 20 lbs and 27inches total. I love that every workout is different and it's done in your own home.
