What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing will not be lowest or the highest. I try to provide the best representation of what the project should cost and communicate often if there needs to be changes that affect the pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to know what the customers situation is regarding the problem they are trying to solve. From there I can understand the needs and payoff in order to deliver the desired outcome. I usually send over rough 3D drawings and make several revisions before any project begins.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Petroleum Engineering with an emphasis in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech.
