FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
INTEGRIT Risk prices are lower than most providers on Thumbtack, or the other platforms, and higher than others. However, we encourage potential clients to shop around before contacting us. There are several reasons for this approach. Firstly, investigations are expensive, no matter how you go about it. Some are quite over priced and some seem very underpriced in comparison, making them appear to be a good option. Unfortunately, some providers under bid to get your work, then comes the additional funding required to get the results you are seeking, or needing for court. I urge anyone in the market for professional investigative services to ask about licensing, insurance, how many agents are available? How soon can they get started? How often do they work your type of case? The list of questions to ask can be extensive, but you know what you personally are needing. Just be mindful, not everyone on any platform is honest and reputable. Secondly, if you have already shopped around and feel you are ready to move forward with a REPUTABLE AND EXPERIENCED nationawide company such as INTEGRIT Risk, we are able to intake your case and get started right away, usually within 24 hours. At a price that will beat anyone else, most likely. In the long run, you get what you pay for in this business. With INTEGRIT Risk you can trust you will receive excellent results as economically as possible, provided by a licensed, local investigator.
