Are you needing to lose weight, get stronger, be more athletic, heal and strengthen an injury, stop feeling lethargic, or just wanting to be healthier? I will get you there! I don't know a single trainer in the Dallas area who has been through the adversity I've personally been through. If anyone understands the struggle with weight, it's me. I was morbidly obese, lost over 200 pounds, and now it’s my calling to help you! I have a background in Sports Medicine dealing with injury prevention and rehab with many clients having complications including back and joint problems. It’s more common than we realize! My awesome clients are age 20-80, so no matter your age, I can help! Without question, helping others is my calling! I may have lost 200 pounds, but it means NOTHING if you don't see how it can help you! Use me for motivation and accountability! When I have someone tell me they can move better without pain, wether it’s from weight loss or helping previous injuries, that makes me happy! Of course, I’ve also trained firefighters, athletes, and people wanting to pass military physical tests as well!

When my friend referred me to Brian, I was very hesitant because I've had bad experiences with personal trainers in the past. My previous trainers would either yell at me during workouts or not care at all and play on their phones. From the initial consultation, Brian made me feel like I was his most important client! He took all of my measurements (not easy to let a guy do) and explained in detail what we needed to do to reach my weight loss goal. The next day he went with me to Market Street and spent an entire hour going through the grocery store and taught me what to buy and what to stay away from. He showed me that you can eat right on a budget too! He also printed out a list of foods to buy in the future so I would have a guide the next time I went by myself. I work out with Brian 3 times a week for 30 minutes and he is less expensive than every other trainer at the big name gyms I've been to. He is also very flexible with time, which is great because I have a hectic schedule! He changes up the workouts so I'm never bored. Not only does he work me out with weights, he's shown me great exercises that just use my body weight. In 6 months, I've dropped 75 pounds and 7 sizes! I still have more to lose, but I know I will get to my goal as long as I stay with Brian. He's so motivational, I feel like can do anything as long as I stick to his plan!

Growing up I was always athletic, and slim; however, things started to change in my 40’s. My lifestyle became more sedentary and the inches came on quickly. I was so consumed with life’s daily struggles, and didn’t make time for my personal heath. I knew something needed to change in order to gain control, and I was the only one responsible for making a change. When I met with Brian, I was a little intimidated. I knew I wasn’t in the best of shape, and working out had become something I no longer made time for. Not only was I was shocked when he weighed me in, and took my measurements, I discovered I had high blood pressure. This was the wakeup call I needed. When I began my journey with Brian, I started Advocare’s “24 Day Challenge” and worked out three times a week for 30 minutes. I was amazed by how disciplined I became with a great workout regime. After the 24 days, I was down 13 pounds and my blood pressure was also down to a normal level. Brian is not like most personal trainers I have had in the past. He is motivating and takes a personal interest in helping each and every one of his clients reach their goals. Every workout is different. I love the challenge and never get bored. Today, I have so much more energy, and even exercise at home with my daughter. Glad I made the choice to make a change. I highly recommend Brian.

Oh my! Where do I begin? Brian became apart of my life in early June 2013. Not only is he now my personal trainer but he is also my personal life friend as well. It amazes me how much Brian can push me and I accomplish every thing he asks me to do. If I had tried to do these things alone I would have given up months ago! Brian puts his confidence in me and makes me feel like I can conquer the world! I can do the same things that folks half my size are doing because I allow myself to believe so and that's because Brian has restored my self-confidence. Every session I have with him I get stronger, happier and healthier. I walk away from every session feeling amazing! You'd be crazy to pass up the opportunity to work with him. Brian's worth it and so are You!

Brian really gets to know his clients and what makes them tick. Sure you can go to the gym or hire a trainer to just work out. But if you really want to transform, hire Brian!!

Brian Beck is an AMAZING personal trainer! He is knowledgeable in this field and also has a sports medicine background! He is motivational, professional, and very conscious to create and implement a program specific to each of his clients’ specific needs, while pushing you closer to your fitness goals. He cares and understands the struggle it is for some of us to get fit and stay fit! Two of my three sons were getting married in 2016, and Brian helped me get in shape to feel my best as Mother of the groom for both weddings! I highly recommend Brian Beck for your personal trainer! And did I mention he is also very affordable?! Brian’s the BEST!
