- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices vary depending on what you need. It is cheaper per session to pay for a month. You may also pay a session at a time! 1 hour sessions range between $25 and $55. I also offer 30 minute sessions. Prices range from $20 to $35. If you have another person who will work out with you, it will be much cheaper for each person, usually $25/person per session! No more than 4 people at a time. I am available at any time! As long as I'm not scheduled with another client, I'm available!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we talk about what you want to accomplish. Then we put together a plan to get there! Everyone is different! Then I find out what motivates you. What you like and don’t like in training. Also, nutrition! We put together a plan you can live with! Usually, this is long term. I want you to be able to do this in one way or another for the rest of your life!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an Athletic Trainer for 2 years at Texas State University. I’ve been a Certified Personal Trainer for 7 years. Because I personally lost 200 pounds, I understand what it means to start from nothing and achieve everything! You can too!
