- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are Hourly based. All programs reward long term commitments. So the longer the commitment the cheaper per session it will be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make sure that the needs of the clients are clearly communicated and received on my end. I make sure they don’t have any past or present injuries that could hinder their training. If there are injuries I make sure to modify my programs to the needs of the clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m certified in Corrective exercise, Strength and conditioning, Mobility, and also high performance training. I’ve been training for over a decade.
