Met my new trainer Mark today, and I must say I was totally impressed with his: promptness, taking the time to do a durability test(strength level), also very informative about health as a whole(diet and exercise)...I'm looking forward to working with him!

I am a mom of 3 kids, with my youngest being 13 months old. With kiddos and a full time job, I never could find the time to workout, but always found the time to complain about the post baby body. With mark's help, and My trainer Rose, I have started the process and it feels great! They are always on time, very communicative and push me to get results. I would highly recommend this company and their services!

I hired Mark to teach my 12 year old son Jiu Jitsi. He is very knowledgeable about his craft. He also works very well with kids. I am super excited that we found a good match for my son to work with. After his meeting with Mark, my son said " that was AWESOME!!!" Looking forward to working more with him.
