- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is usually for my time. Additional cost for groceries and supplies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, over phone see if we have mutual interests. Try explaining my service for their event, Explain how I like to visit venue . to see what equipment in place (see what equipment needed for event), Discuss how they in-vision event taking place. Make suggestions for menu, decorations, buffet equipment etc. Develop menu choices, when and what time event. How much actual time preparation, executing event, explain what my service includes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education started with my grandmother in her kitchen at home, then being interested in food worked part time at bakeries, restaurants, country clubs, ski resort, front of the house duties as waiter. Attended Johnson & Wales University, Providence Rhode Island, receiving Associate of Science Degree, graduating cum laude.
