Who's In Your Kitchen? Personal Chef Service's reply
Ms. Barbara. first hired me for dinner party of 14 people three-course meal using her recipes. I pulled out an old recipe for PECAN pie made with stout. It went over so well Mr. Harvey didn't get a taste. Then asked if I would be interested cooking for 26 people, sit down dinner for New Years Eve, but most importantly "make 2 more pecan pies so Harvey could have a taste. All went very well. Great folks to work with for events.

November 27, 2013 was my 70th birthday celebration, and I wanted to make it go really well in all areas. So I hired a good DJ for fun music, and I hired Gary Ucella "Who's In Your Kitchen" for the food and beverage management, We set a budget expecting 50 to 60 persons and he did everything else--WOW how wonderful. I fully enjoyed my own birthday party with 54 guests, and Gary and his staff did so well I didn't worry one bit. He even prepared the food from the garage because my kitchen was too small. He set and decorated tables in the right spots for snacking and drinking, and had a great menu. I highly recommend him. Bob Judd Dallas

Chef Gary did an outstanding job in preparing and serving food for over 70 guests. The menu was creative, well presented and delicious. It was a nice departure from the standard fare normally served at gatherings of this size. Gary was attentive to my guests needs yet he was never in the way. He made sure that food and drinks were regularly replenished. It was a great experience.

Gary has cooked for me in multiple of occasions. A couple of things I value is that he works with a smile and that he keeps everything clean and tidy. These qualities make guests feel very welcome in the kitchen area. He is full of ideas when it comes to food alternatives and is quite knowledgeable about food allergies and intolerances. I also find his dishes very balanced and full of flavors. His stir fried vegetables and chicken or beef with onions are among my favorites. Next time I am going to ask him to surprise us with some creative dessert.

Gary catered an amazing meal for a couples shower that I recently hosted. The food not only looked beautiful, but it tasted fantastic too! People are still talking about the delicious nut mix he made! Gary was easy to work with and very professional. Overall I had a wonderful experience working with Gary and would recommend his services to anyone. I will definitely use his services in the future.
