- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Feel free to ask if there are any discounts going on as I sometimes will run a birthday special or holiday special.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always love to ask my customers a few questions about themselves and the type of things they like so I can get a feel for them and then ask about the event in question. I will always ask what your vision is and let you know upfront what I can or can’t do. But I’ll always find other ways to get your vision to come to life while making sure everything taste delicious!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in a restaurant and bakery setting both management and cake decorating. I have 10 plus years of Bartending experience and a lifetime experience of cooking and baking.
