- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Holiday lighting is priced per linear foot plus any additional fixtures or additions like wreaths, bows and garland, etc. For landscape, permanent and event lighting we will custom design and price our services based on your needs with a wide array of options and price points.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a free consultation where a lighting professional will come to your home or business. They will walk your property with you, discuss the scope of the project and create a design using photos of your home/business showing what the effect of the design will be. You'll be provided several options and once you approve the project, the installation will be scheduled. Installations typically take one day or less...bigger installations may take longer.
