- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $120 a session for individuals and couples for coaching. My sessions run 55 minutes to an hour. I don't take insurance and am only private pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am interested in getting to the root of the problems my clients are facing and not merely deal with the symptoms of those problems. I help my clients understand the motivation for their behavior and bring self-awareness so that they can consciously make the choice to change whatever they need and want to change about themselves, their lives and their relationships. I also help my clients make goals and help them take action, as coaching is forward thinking. With couples, I help them have a deep understanding of their own thoughts and emotions and then help them have that same understanding of their partner. I help them through conflict resolution and help them solve their differences and learn to love each other unconditionally by practicing a lifestyle of great communication and forgiveness.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Doctorate in Christian Counseling and have several certifications as a Life and Relationship Coach. I have been a counselor and coach for the last 7 years and have worked with hundreds of people as a trainer at the Life Enrichment and Marriage Boot Camps.
