Sebastian was very responsive to my questions and got us exactly what we wanted. We ended up extending out patio 216 sq ft to accommodate a small above ground pool. We also had his team install mounts for 4x4 posts (we supplied). His pricing was fair (probably right below median) and the work seems great quality so far. It required him to cap one sprinkler and move another. He said if it causes any issues to call him and he will fix it. His team was quick and efficient and respectful. Would definitely hire him again.
