- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge flat pricing of $30 per cubic yard of debris removed. A cubic yard is approximately the size of a washing machine. If you're unsure of how much debris you have, please email 5 to 10 photos to us ahead of time. All bookings require a $100 deposit to be paid no later than 5pm on the day before the scheduled appointment. Please note that our minimum charge is $125 bucks. There may be an additional trip fee for locations more than 10 miles from McKinney, Texas
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We aim to make the process as simple and streamlined as possible. Feel free to send us the photos of your debris. Our team will take a look and have your estimate ready within 24 hours. However, if you contact us within 8am-5pm Monday - Saturday, we'll have your quote to you within 2 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is comprised of full time real estate entrepreneurs, general contractors and real estate brokers.
