- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies as to what service you are interested in and the number of session required. IMPORTANT. Almost all hypnotherapy clinics will try to sell you treatment packages. We do NOT do this. You should never pay for something that you may not need. The best way to obtain exact pricing is simply give us a call. We do offer discounts to first responders as well as retired or active military members. And we always discount our services when using Thumbtack.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first will talk over the phone or in person about exactly what you are trying to achieve. After that we would set up an appointment time for you to come in and at that appointment we would do a psychological profile and a deep hypnotherapy session based on you needs. We also record your actual session in CD format for you to listen to at home for additional reinforcement. Our smoking cessation program comes with a Written Lifetime Guarantee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MS in psychology with research in behavioral psychology. I was the owner of Neuro Technologies Research Institute at Presbyterian hospital of Dallas in the late 1980s and early 1990s. I worked closely with Dr. E. M. Massad M. D. I started working in the area of hypnotherapy and psychotherapy in a full time capacity in 1985 but continued NTRI at Presbyterian before moving to Plano, Texas. I have also worked for various federal government agencies as well as training of hypnosis for The Texas Department of Public Safety as well as the Plano Police Department.
