- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer great discounts for weekly and bi weekly cleanings, we charge a flat rate each time so the price doesn’t fluctuate even if it takes a little longer one day. Deep cleanings are charged by hour so everything that needs to be done is completed up to your standards. Monthly cleanings do not have any discount applied just a flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with understanding your specific needs. We’ll schedule a free consultation to assess your space and discuss your cleaning preferences. After that, we’ll offer a customized cleaning plan and transparent pricing. Once we’ve agreed on the details, we’ll schedule your first cleaning session at a convenient time. We pride ourselves on being punctual, thorough, and communicative throughout the entire process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master's degree in Administrative Management, which has provided me with a strong foundation in business operations, organization, and customer service. However, my true expertise comes from over 20 years of hands-on experience assisting my grandmother, who owned and operated a successful cleaning business. During that time, I learned the ins and outs of the cleaning industry, from cleaning techniques to customer relations, and developed a deep passion for delivering high-quality, reliable services. This unique blend of formal education and practical experience allows me to manage Smooth Cleaning Service efficiently while ensuring that every customer receives the best care possible.
