- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We only except checks and cash. Applying Seal or Scotch guard is charged separate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i introduce myself ,and ask what is the reason that the person decides to clean? and what was the last time the person contracted a professional?,after i get the information i will know howto start doing my job
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
well after 15 years doing the same job, every day that has passed i've gotten new experience. I think my training was based on every day work.
