I had the pleasure of working with Steve for a TV mount installation, and I couldn't be more impressed. As soon as I submitted the request, Steve called me right away and was able to complete the job the same day. He arrived on time, was extremely punctual, and the job was done neatly and professionally. There was a slight issue with the wall concealer I ordered—it was a bit larger than necessary. However, Steve went out of his way to use his own new concealer to hide the wires properly. Even though I paid a little extra for the material, he didn’t ask for any additional payment for his own supplies, which I really appreciated. After the installation, I needed some guidance on how to adjust the tilt on my TV. I reached out to Steve via text, and he promptly texted me detailed instructions, complete with pictures. It's rare to find such thoughtful, thorough service. I highly recommend Steve for any TV mounting or home installation needs.
