I am going to give the positives and the negatives: Good communication as far as letting me know that they were going to be late because of delay in completing their previous client due to unforeseen circumstances; and then communicating as soon as they were able to leave for my house. Courteous and professional as they came in and also while working. The equipment they used were "state of the art," and they started working with enthusiasm. While communicating, I did mention that because I needed the job to be done that specific day and not the next as one of the crew had suggested to start Sunday due to the delay in completing their the work with previous client, that they could do a standard clean, and not a deep clean. When the crew arrived, they announced that they were ready to do a deep clean, which includes the baseboards, the walls, inside windows, and cobwebs, cleaning inside the oven, the doors, and the electric plugs, etc, in addition to the standard cleaning which includes, in part, vacuum, mop, dusting the kitchen cabinets and outside of the appliances, cleaning all the bathrooms, dusting the furniture in the rooms, etc. And they did set out to do a great job in the 1st 2 rooms, the basins and the commode in the secondary bathroom, however, the tub was not clean enough. I asked them to limit the work in the study to vacuuming and dusting. In the big bedroom and bathroom, I told them there was no need to worry about the jet tub, but I did need the shower to be cleaned well; which was not done well. The items that were in the shower were brought out and left in the tub, but not put back. They did a good job in making the bed, but there was a wooden shelf that was not dusted, neither were the items on the dresser, nor the outside of the shelf. More attempts were made in that room in tidying the shoes than in cleaning the furniture. The hallway was swept and steam mopped well, however the marble entry way was not worked on at all. In the formal living room, where there was an item in the way, the baseboard was not cleaned, and in front of the fireplace, the marble flooring was not cleaned of the cobwebs. The dining room table was wiped clean. In the kitchen the outside of the appliances were cleaned, the baseboards did not need cleaning because they were new, the stovetop was cleaned well, and the sink was clean as were the countertops. When they came in, they moved some fruit that was on the island to the top of the refrigerator, however they were not moved back, which means the top of the refrigerator was not cleaned. I had already told them that I did not need them to clean the inside of the refrigerator. And in the family living area and breakfast room, the glass tables were cleaned, but not well, but the outside of the hutch was not, neither was the cobweb underneath it. The garage door and the entrance door were not cleaned. In the half bath, I saw no evidence of cleaning the commode. I had to leave before the crew, and left my husband in charge, and he was outside the house when the crew left, so he did not observe or inspect what they did. I do want to mention that while they had worked hard from 5 am in the other client's house and then in our house, I did not see them take a break, which means they were very tired, and all they had was some water that I offered them. I did not see them eat anything, and I am sure that makes it even harder to be able to work well. In the above statement it is mentioned I can pay $220, however, I will pay $200. I hope to be able to use their services again when they are less tired.

As stated , my workers completed the job . You will need a complete declutter of your home to see your desired results. You have clutter all over your home . And I also recommend having your home cleaned more often to stay on top of the build up , However I can a test that my crew left your home ten times better than it was when they arrived .we always ask the customer if they are satisfied prior to leaving the home . Your husband did not want to do the walk through as explained to you. As always thanks for supporting our small business.
