- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Thumbtack price quotes are for the general inspection. There may be some additional fees to include the following at the client's request: Pier and Beam foundations, Pools, Spas, Sprinklers, Wells/Well Water Testing, Septic Systems, Thermal Imaging, 3rd Party Foundation Measurement, 3rd Party WDI, Detached Garage/Buildings, Building Phase Inspections, Duplex/Multi Family
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do our absolute best to make this process as easy as possible. The only thing I need from the customer is their basic information such as name, number, email address, and the address of the property! We do everything else. We set up the appointment with the Seller or Listing Agent; and we even can let ourselves in to the property using a Supra key! At the end of the inspection, our Inspector spends some time verbally going over the report and answering questions for the client. You even receive your report via email in a few hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always training and staying on top of new technology to give my clients the best service! As a member of InterNACHI, (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) I have standards to uphold that go above and beyond the minimum standards required by TREC.
