He stated a lower price, then came and did a quarter of the job and said he would return and asked for more money and requested I paid half since he had done some of the work, I was agreeable because I thought he was a professional, and he seemed like a nice decent person but I came to find that it was all a ruse. He didn't return, I called and texted. Finally, I decided to complete the job myself and found that the part he did was done wrong, and I had to dismantle and redo the whole job. Very disappointing! He also got food and left all his personal trash on my lawn, instead of asking for the trash, which were all in very visible areas.
