Mark was able to quickly address my issue when we had an old satellite dish detach itself during the recent storms. He was able to remove the dish and repair the roof quickly and with great quality of work.

I am a new customer. He was very professional & responsive. We set a time for later in the week. I messaged him early the day of to let him know I would be running 5 minutes late. He responded 90 minutes prior to the appointment to reschedule for the next day bc of a “mini emergency” at another customers house. I rearranged my mid-day to accommodate the time we both agreed on. It’s really inconvenient to cancel last minute. I would not do that to new clients. I’m sure he does great work! Sorry it didn’t work out.

All pricing is upfront. We can discuss the scope of the work and what's needed and then go from there. We try to be as fair as possible with the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the customer and what they want. Then I figure out a way to do the job as effectively as possible. A good business relationship and trust with the customer is the primary objective.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2017, I graduated from Construction Trade School.
