- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Service/repair/labor/trip is a flat rate, no hidden fees or hourly rate. Prices only vary based on parts used and can be determined via phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Determine what service is required, whether repair or replacement, then offer an exact quote. Then a date and time will be agreed upon for the work to be accomplished. Reviews and ratings always welcome after our work is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up doing repairs with my uncle and when I turned 18, I joined the Navy as an avionics technician. The electrical and mechanical skills I learned there have helped Blake & Sons become an exceptional service.
