- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes an $80 service call fee, which covers travel to your location and the first hour of work. After the first hour, our hourly rate is $60. All pricing is transparent, with no hidden fees or unexpected charges. For larger or more complex projects, We're happy to provide a detailed custom quote. Feel free to reach out with any questions about your specific project!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start by discussing the details of the project to understand your specific needs and expectations. Once the scope of work and pricing are agreed upon, we schedule a convenient time for the service. On the day of the appointment, we arrive promptly, bring all the necessary tools, and ensure the work is completed efficiently and to your satisfaction. Throughout the process, we maintain clear communication to address any questions or adjustments. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 7 years of hands-on experience in construction and finishing work, including extensive project management in Russia. For the past 2+ years, we’ve been successfully running our handyman and renovation business in the U.S., gaining valuable local experience and adapting to American building standards. Our strong background ensures high-quality workmanship, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of both traditional and modern techniques.
