- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing and discounts depending on the time of year. We don't charge any fee for an estimate!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We do an initial call to get a feel for your project and schedule an estimate. 2. We provide an estimate in person where we answer all of your questions and provide a customized estimate based on your wants, needs and budget. 3. If you choose to work with us we will get you into our production schedule and be in communication with you as we approach your start date. 4. We will introduce you to our painters and do another initial walk around the property to go over the details again before we start. 5. We will paint your home and make sure you are so happy with the results!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in and around the painting industry now for over 10+ years so I have become very comfortable in this field. My business partner has owned painting companies for 17 years now so I still turn to him for guidance if I run into a new challenge. I still learn something new every day because every job and customer is different and unique and that's what keeps this job fun!
