Very glad that I got to work with Corey on my sprinkler system which died during the drought. He helped me install a smart controller and troubleshoot why the system would not turn on. We had took some time to dig up the valves. His experience truly shows and he very much explained his thoughts as I shadowed him. He even talked to the previous homeowner whom I had contact with to try to get to the bottom of the issue. We were out there for some time and at a point I thought we wouldn’t be able to figure it out but Corey wasn’t satisfied in leaving until the work and troubleshooting was done. It turns out there was a miscolored common wire that really threw us off trail but Corey eventually had an ephiphany and put it all together. In addition, He optimized the water pressure by discovering a leak. I feel he’s empathetic to the customer and provides great value for his work. Overall Great Experience, Great conversation and Great Guy! Highly recommend.
