- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is after initial meeting with the client I get some information and create a menu with options based on the customer needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my training was on the job working for fine dining establishments.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a Chef in New Orleans for 20 years working for the Brennan’s family of restaurants like Mr. B’s bistro and Commanders Palace
