We are absolutely grateful for Nordic Winds Heating and Air!5 stars for customer service. For some context, my wife and I bought our home several years ago and have done most of the renovations ourselves. One of the few items we havent been able to replace is our HVAC units, as our experience with large AC companies has not been the best. Our units were in need of service so we called Nordic Winds Heating and Air and the owner came out to help us the next day!Aaron was friendly and was more than happy to explain what the issue was. He replaced the condenser fan motor, installed two new smart thermostats and tuned-up both units during his 35 point inspection. We are relieved to have found a company who is honest, reasonably priced and has great customer service. This experience has given our family some relief in finding a company we can trust and can reach out to for great service.If we ever have any issues with our HVAC unit in the future NWHA will be our first call. This company saved me $1000s. I was told by another company I needed a whole new line set. Come to find out I just had a simple Freon leak. They were able to repair the leak and recharge my system in no time. These folks are honest to a fault and reliable. Definitely recommend!!!!

The guy answered right away on a hot summer morning, arrived at the house with 30 minutes and had the system up and running within the hour. The kind of service you want when you need to get things done! 10/10 recommend!
