EXCELLENT! Shawn was truly great to work with. I wasn't sure exactly what I needed. All I knew was something wasn't working right with my units. Shawn showed up promptly, evaluated the situation and had the house nice and cool in no time. He also took the time to explain what the issue was and how to proceed. Thank you Shawn for the outstanding repair work with my HVAC unit. My HVAC unit was not cooling on Friday and I used the Thumbtack app to locate someone who could come out by Sunday. Shawn reached out to me late Saturday night to ask if I had booked with another technician. I had, but after the reading all of his great reviews, I asked he could help me. He agreed and was here Sunday to diagnose and Monday yo complete. This gentleman is excellent at his jog, is happy to explain what he is doing and is very reasonable on his prices up front. Shawn also worked on my older Nest Thermostat to help save money, however needed the new one. Please consider him for any issue that you Amy encountered he is the best!!!!!

Shawn totally saved the day! When the AC went out unexpectedly over the weekend, he was able to get us in the same day I called, which is borderline miraculous during summer in Texas. He got right to work on our problem, which turned out to be a simple fix. Transparent pricing, WORTH EVERY PENNY!
