- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically charge much less than our competition, because I don't run the band for profit. I pay $0.93 out of every dollar to payroll, thereby ensuring my band mates are loyal and happy. Most of the band has been together for over five years.

Describe the process upfront, answer questions promptly and thoroughly, conduct a planning meeting a month prior to the event to solicit music choices and create a run of show, share details, and execute so the night is perfect.
