TK was exceptionally professional - Quick call back and appointment scheduled for the next day. On time, friendly and explained every step of the process from diagnosis, cost saving on parts without losing quality and plan to repair problem by scheduling for the next day and arriving on time with the new part. Additionally, showed me valuable tips for maintenance and avoiding future problems with the stove. I could not have been more satisfied with the service and would recommend TK to anyone needing appliance repair. I have never gone wrong with Thumbtack!!

I gave a possible diagnosis in the request and the tech came out, confirmed the diagnosis, and made the repair in one trip because he brought the part necessary with him. I appreciate the prep work to make sure he was ready to do it in one go. I'd absolutely use TK for future appliance services.
