TK was exceptionally professional - Quick call back and appointment scheduled for the next day. On time, friendly and explained every step of the process from diagnosis, cost saving on parts without losing quality and plan to repair problem by scheduling for the next day and arriving on time with the new part. Additionally, showed me valuable tips for maintenance and avoiding future problems with the stove. TK is very responsive, honest, trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, and intelligent. He walked me through each step and explained the problems, the solutions, and preventive maintenance. He also explained, if I decided to go with a different repair person in the future, what to look out foe to prevent them from cutting corners; I assured TK that him and and his company will forever be my only option as long as he has his company. I received a call within minutes setting up an appointment for the next day. He called to let me know he was on the way, was professional in my home, repaired my washer and a hole in my dryer vent in no time and charged a reasonable fee. I would definitely use his services again in the future. As for my daughter and her Bobbie pins that clogged my washer…I am charging her double! ; )
