What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive a message from a prospective client we would like to learn their specific details such as revenue, expense, deduction details to give the right quote. If we agreed on the price, we send our engagement letters and after receiving the signed letters and documents we start working.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters on Accounting from the University of Texas and CPA license from State of Texas since 2009.
