FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally confirm and schedule an appointment time that is focused around the customer's availability. Our sales representative will respond to the customers residents at the confirmed time & date it was scheduled. Sales rep will conduct a 20 to 30 -minute in-person consult with the customer about the scope of work. Sales Rep proposes an estimate at that time to customer. Customer is not obligated to sign proposed estimate at that time. If customer agrees with the estimates on a later date simply call the office to confirm and an installation date will be scheduled.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with an abundant of clients and most are recurring customers for additional services that we offer.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would recommend getting a licensed and insured company that way they are liable for their work. Do not hire a company working from the back of their truck who would disappear if their quality of work didn't stand up to your expectations. Get quotes from at least two reputable contractors. Then call us before making your final decision, we love beating our competitor's estimates when compared apples to apples.
