- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We determine your budget together and respect it. It is very important to determine how much money you want to spend in order to pick out materials that stay within that range. Look at Pinterest and Instagram to figure out what type of style you want. Do you like light colors or dark? If you need help with this process we are more than happy to assist you with all things design related. We will measure your projects, talk to you about your wants, needs, and then scope your project accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start out with a on-site estimate and meetup whenever possible. Talk through your project and get a sense of the scope. Once we are aligned and we both feel comfortable we finalize the estimate for labor and send you a quote. To get on the schedule we have you working pay 30% non-refundable deposit, sign the Project Installation Contract, and get scheduled. We start ordering materials. If you prefer we can help order all materials, plus we offer free storage in our warehouse. Or you can source your own materials based on our measurements and recommendations. Once all materials have arrived we can begin the work! We will start with the demo process, if necessary, then prep the area for installation. We like to keep you with us every step of the way! Once everything has been installed or completed we will do a final clean and you will have a chance to do a final walk through to make sure everything is the way you want it. Pay your remaining balance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent two years as a tile apprentice before moving to a tiler. Then worked for large outfits working on commercial builds for two years. Then moved on to full remodels for private and corporate clients.
