Connie was a dream to work with. She was very responsive to my specific training needs. She adapted her training to my changing physical abilities. Connie determines each clients specific learning style and uses that knowledge to configure a training regimen. I was very pleased with her ability to relate to her clients, using wit and understanding. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a professional personal trainer.

Connie is excellent at working with people who are hyper mobil and those with issue that can make a regular workout too much for their body. She makes sure you get a workout you want and wont push if you body can’t handle it. She is great at giving you alternatives so you do the workout correctly. I personally am a master at doing it all wrong but she has worked steadily with me until i figured it out. She keeps me on track and listens when we need to back down or push more.
