- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are constantly running promos and discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask that new clients show up 10-15 minutes before appointment time to fill out a new client consent form. That way if there is an appointment after yours it won't cut into your allotted time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Practicing massage therapy since 2007. 6 years experience in a physical rehabilitation setting.
