- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a two hour minimum. Anytime exceeding our initial two hour minimum we bill in quarter-hour increments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep in full communication. Our Team ensures a friendly, polite experienced hard-working environment. No matter how big, small, or tedious a job may be your belongings are in good hands!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been moving now for 11 years now. with the same group guys. we learned it the hard way. " You break it ...you buy it! So we learned the trade through those words. we wrap with bands some times shrink wrap. We don't like dents,Scratches,or broken furniture.
