I reached out to repaint 4 walls from previous wear and tear of tenants because the previously painted touch-ups on the walls were noticeable. Maria was very responsive and great at coordinating to make a bid. I appreciate her communication! Unfortunately, the current tenant decided to prioritize the move-in, and we will not need painting this time. I'll definitely reach out when we want to repaint the whole house!
