Update: Violet Crown Cleaners did an outstanding job of totally turning around the earlier disaster of a cleaning job. There were 2 experienced house cleaners who showed up on Monday on time, they knew how to clean and did a thorough job of it- even redoing areas of the house that had been left partially cleaned by the earlier cleaners (bathrooms, baseboards etc)! In addition, they threw in the porch area cleaning with the windows there as a bonus. The owner even sent me a handsome apology which showed real professional and pride in work well done. Now that’s the way to do a recovery. Well done Violet Crown Cleaners!

Please send people who know how to clean. I paid for a deep clean only to find I had to instruct one of the cleaners to lift objects before dusting shelves! I had to show the other lady how to clean the oven using baking soda and vinegar and a degreaser to get the glass clean of stains! Sweet ladies but not experienced or efficient cleaners- 1.5 hours to do living room and kitchen which were not dirty to begin with, and the vacuum is just being started after I asked them to go more quickly! I have asked for a fresh crew to come out the next day to finish the job. Let’s see how it goes!

She did an incredible job! Everything was spotless. The stove was perfect! The showers were so shiny with all the hard water stains removed! Carpets looked new again. From ceilings to floors - everything was cleaned!. I would highly recommend and use her again!
