- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contacted. I highly recommend one of my project managers or i to perform an internal walk through to discuss all work requested so we can provide an accurate bid. If work and agreement is granted. We will then discuss draw schedules based on the size of the job. My admin will email over a Contract for your signature. Work will be scheduled at earliest convenience for both parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have personally performed all trades over the years. I will not perform any work I have not done myself. I obtain a apprentice license for electrical and plumbing. I am IICRC certified and licensed to perform mold remediation. I have worked closely with most of not all insurance carriers. I also restore wind, fire & water damaged homes.
