FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have different prices, depend on: * One on One, one student: $35 * Two students at the same time: $30 e/o * Group of four, at the same time: $25 e/o NO contract NO tuition ONLY, the students need to pay ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE. After that, the students can stop or cancel the classes. If they start a new month, they have to pay the complete month. REASONS: The students come to take my Spanish class voluntarily, so they can stop the class in the same way. No grades, no tests, only homework, good attitude, great energy, and enthusiastic to learn SPANISH.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, the new student has to want to learn Spanish because, the student knows the benefit to get this new language. I explain my Spanish program and the process to get it in a easy and fun way. The new customer, needs to bring a binder con 3 holes paper sheets, pencil and colors. She/he makes the first Spanish book; then the student needs a few Spanish grammar books and some Spanish reading books. I will record the reading and talking exorcises.
