- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer limousine services and black car service as well as transportation for large groups. Our company and chauffeurs are all licensed and insurance requirements are met with the City of Houston. We specialize in point to point transportation, airport and cruise transfers, executive, corporate and VIP travel, out of town, weekend night-out, prom, weddings and hourly services. We also can custom tailor a trip to your needs. We provide custom rates for all bookings. We may provide discounts for recurring customers. Please call and see what we can do to service you. Rates are subject to change based on the demand, season, time, gas prices, etc. Sample Pricing: Hobby Airport to Galveston from $200. Hobby Airport to Sugarland from $150 IAH to Sugarland from $200 Hourly rates start at $100-$150/hr (Wait time pricing may vary) Discounts provided for reservations over 4 hours All rates are all inclusive of fees and tolls. Gratuity is a minimum of 20% and not included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always answer our customers within minutes of requesting for a quote. We are highly professional and provide the best customer service. We ask all the questions needed right away to determine the pricing. We provide a custom quote and send it to your email. We try our best to work with you and provide a reasonable price. We take a deposit to secure the reservation and payment is due 2 days prior to the reservation. You will get an invoice and confirmation email to show receipt of payment and itinerary. We then will mark the reservation confirmed in Thumbtack.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have male and female chauffeurs. All chauffeurs have a limousine license whom are background checked by the City of Houston. We also personally only utilize chauffeurs who do not have any driving violations or accidents. Our company has all required commercial insurance and permits by the City of Houston and the Port of Galveston.
