We recently hired this company to repair and paint a door at our home. While the team was courteous and the job was completed in a timely manner, there were a few details that left room for improvement. The new door knob was installed upside down, and there were spots where caulking was either missed or not applied thoroughly. The overall repair was acceptable but didn’t quite meet the level of finish we were hoping for. We appreciated that the franchise owner was present during the work, which showed a level of commitment to customer service. However, a bit more attention to detail and professional oversight could have made a big difference in the final result. We’re sharing this feedback in hopes it helps the team continue to grow and improve.

The painter got to my house on time and worked through their lunch to finish the job in one day. They went above and beyond doing little touch ups that were not actually related to their job. I would highly recommend than for almost any sort of job. The owner of the business did the work and knows virtually any craftsman you could need.

Working with painter Bros Sugarland has been one of the best experiences I have had while renovating my home. They were always so transparent with what would look best and of course I took their advice and it looks absolutely breathtaking.
