We are so happy with our bathroom remodel. Scott helped us come up with a plan and select the perfect tile. His team worked quickly and efficiently. Communication was excellent. We always knew ahead of time what days and what time they would arrive. We highly recommend them and will use them again in the future. Scott had a many design recommendations that we had not thought of. I’m glad we took his advice.

THe team at TNC is top notch. They were excellent at all phases- planning, scheduling, materials and crews. We brought them in to redo our insurance company’s contractor that left it worse than before tx freeze. 18 months later, they were fired and TNC. came in to save the day. They were on top of everything and came in on budget, unlike most of their peers who will get 80% done and use some supply chain shortage and need way more money to complete the job. Not TNC, these watches my money like their own personal money, which was refreshing and made experience awesome. Thank you TNC you guys are the best!

We renovated our entire home. We had 4 contractors and the best and most honest one is Top Notch. They didn't up-charge us one bit. They said it will cost $ and that was the cost. By far top notch was the best contractors I have dealt with. When I had a problem with something they immediately responded. To me honesty and communication made it the best experience I had with any contractors.

Our project estimates/budgets are detailed so that the homeowner can see where their project investment dollars are being spent. We like home owners to know where their money is going and why. Our Estimates are neither High or Low, They’re ACCURATE. 😎
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our team started out doing small handyman type projects. In 2012, we were hired by Fannie Mae to manage over 50 remodel projects throughout Houston. Since then, we have bought and managed our own property flips and remodeled over 25 homes after Hurricane Harvey. We've done everything from disaster-relief restoration to full scale luxury remodels.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Both Residential and Commercial clients. We've also managed remodel projects for other property investors.
