- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a five point system in ensuring your event goes as smooth as possible. 1. Quote Request: Submit your event details and receive a customized quote. 2. Discovery Call: Discuss your vision and requirements with our team. 3. Event Planning: Collaborate with our event specialists to finalize the menu, setup, and logistics. Clients will sign a contract at this point. 4. Execution: Our professional bartenders arrive early to set up and serve your guests with citrus, spice and everything nice. 5. Follow-Up: Post-event feedback and review to ensure your satisfaction and gather insights for future events.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am TAB-C certified and have worked in cozy bars to club scenes to high-end fine dining.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with a wide variety of customers. From working in a bar setting to a nightclub to an upscale steakhouse, I know how to please a variety of crowds and am so happy to do so!
